Daljeet Kaur Sandhu – Founder
Hi, I am Daljeet Kaur Sandhu, a professional artist, based in Chandigarh. I am a creator of ideas, swimming in the twinkling sea of imagination. With my artistic strokes, I turn thoughts of wonderment into pieces of originality. I believe that the best gift one can ever give to someone is a smile. With this thought, I paint the world funny, quirky, and happy.
I have worked with India’s leading English daily publication, Hindustan Times from 2010 to 2020 as a visual producer. For a decade, I have taken a stab at the reality of the society, Punjab politics as well as regional buzz through my cartoons on the weekly column, “Kaurtoon”.
The cartoons represented the outlook of society and have always managed to bring a smile to the common man’s face.

Master of Visual Arts from Punjabi University, Patiala, and armed with five gold medals, the best student title, the roll of honor, and the University color, I am now adding another feather to my cap through this platform under the brand name KAURTOON, “You Imagine, We create”.

I aim to showcase the beauty of people around the globe through my passion and ultimate love i.e., ART.
I even got a chance to judge various art competitions held in the city and I contributed my thoughts on art for a Ph.D. research.
Through the combination of vibrant hues, textures, use of digital tools, and functional skills, I hereby, want to take this creative journey forward and share all the love that I have received with the world through my artwork.
